1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be returned in original, unused, and unaltered condition. All original packaging, sleeves, cases, inserts, and certificates (if applicable) must be included. Items must be returned exactly as received. Returns requested after 14 calendar days may be denied.
2. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: graded cards, opened packs, boxes, or breaks, and anything marked “Final Sale”. Items that show signs of alteration, tampering, swapping, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold by RookieCards.com are guaranteed authentic. If any item purchased from RookieCards.com is determined to be not authentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, customers must email team@rookiecards.com within 14 calendar days of delivery, provide the order number and reason for return, and wait for authorization and return instructions before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. RookieCards.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Restocking fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to any and all memorabilia returns.
Please note that RookieCards.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone abusing the return process.
